Embracing Life with Grace Heavy Runner

Today’s episode is with Grace Heavy Runner, who’s given Kainai name is Little Blood Women. She’s a journalism student at Mount Royal University in Calgary, Alberta and member of the Kainai Blood Nation from Treaty 7 territory.

In this episode, she talks with me about culture, identity and belonging, and the role love has played in helping her embrace her experience and let go of resentment.
